# The new Shopify Editions has landed. Here's what it means for SEO, PPC, and product discovery.

The latest Shopify Editions is here.

I’ve recorded a video breakdown ([and written a few notes in this blog](https://blinkseo.co.uk/blogs/news/shopify-winter-26-agentic-storefronts-and-the-new-data-reality)) on what’s real, what’s not, and what you actually need to pay attention to right now.

As always, the presentation is incredible - the design team over there is on another level. But it takes us on a familiar journey: huge excitement, followed by the inevitable "let down" when you realise how much isn't actually ready to use yet.

That said, amidst the noise, there is **one genuine game-changer** for product discovery in this update.

If you’re a Blink client, this is very much a continuation of our existing work - it's a fantastic validation of our approach to taxonomy and granularity.
