# I didn’t have anything to do this morning...

Hey Reader,

Did you know I have an amazing team that helps me help you? It's kinda new but I have hired help to work on your projects as well as to organise my business further.

And I have to say...

It's weird!

See, **I used to do \*everything\***. Every email that was copied during your migration, every tech connection made, .. everything.

And now **there are people helping**. Amazing people, with expertises in other fields and extra sets of eyes, making it even better.

But I'm just not used to it. So this morning I realised I don't know what to do, because all tasks are currently with them. (Don't worry, it didn't take long for new tasks to pop up)

Such a luxury problem, I know, but so so so weird.

And it got me thinking...

if *I* feel weird about having help, even now, even knowing it’s the right thing… then it makes sense if *you* do too.

Especially when you’re just starting out. Or doing this alongside a job, or a family, or both.

When **you’ve always been the one to figure it out**, fix it, or just find a way, letting go (even just a little) can feel like dropping the ball. Or like you're losing something you didn’t realize you were holding so tightly.

But here’s what I’m learning:
**Not doing everything yourself doesn’t mean you’re doing less.**

It means you’re making space. Space for better ideas, deeper focus, or maybe just a quiet morning without too many tabs open in your brain.

I’m still figuring it out, honestly. Still surprised by how strange it feels.

But if you’re out there somewhere **wondering if it’s okay to need help with your business**, or not sure how to stop carrying it all, just know: **you’re not the only one.**

So yeah. It’s weird.
But weird doesn’t mean wrong.
Sometimes it just means you’re growing.

So this is one to sit with: What’s your relationship with asking for help like these days?

### Warmest wishes
