# Is it strategy or perfectionism?

Hey Reader,

Can we talk about perfectionism for a bit?

No matter the size of your business, whether you have 12.000 subscribers or 50, no matter if you've been at this for a while or are just starting out, I keep seeing **people get hung up on things that don't actually matter all that much.**

Getting hung up on the perfect homepage for their website, like they are not allowed to change their website ever again. - While in reality, it needs to fit you and where you are now, and when that changes, we change the website, no problem!

Getting hung up on having the best systems to get people to buy their products, getting a gazillion tools to connect while your process isn't even completely clear and tested yet. - While in reality, you may need a way for people to buy the thing and maybe make an appointment and you can start off doing other steps by hand until you know the workflow that is best for your product or service.

Getting hung up on having it all done yesterday because otherwise 'it' won't work anymore. - While in reality, you just have to start promoting one thing that you are really excited about and letting it flow from there.

You might feel called out right now, but just know**you are not alone**. We all seem to do it quite a bit.

We get caught up in thinking it all needs to be perfect, while in reality, we just need to get it done so we can confidently move forward with starting and growing our businesses.

Think about it this way: is you stressing over it, strategy or is it perfectionism?

My perfectionism lately has been keeping me stuck on new sales and learning platforms. **What is the thing you are perfecting over, right now?**

**Warmest wishes,
Natalie**
