# Messiness...

Hey Reader,

A while back, I was talking to a business owner who had hired a VA to build an email funnel, and then another VA to create another funnel, and then another... You get the drift.

While the VAs all did marvellous work, the email marketing platform had started to become an impossible mess with all these funnels that were in each other's way. Sometimes, people were getting a lot of emails at the same time around the same topic or not getting any emails at all while they should. The whole system needed a little bit of a lookover.

This got us talking about the difference between hiring a VA to help you build the funnel and hiring a strategist to examine the bigger picture. If no one looks at the strategy at any point, it will get messy and confusing.

That goes for anything in business; you need to look at the bigger picture regularly and keep an eye on the details.

And that is a lot to do on your own as a small business owner!
