NOTHING
But what if that’s not true? What if it’s just... buried?
Now, I might be too involved in my D&D campaign but lately I’ve been thinking about sunken ruins... the kind that sit at the bottom of the ocean for years, forgotten.
Not because they weren’t important.
But because life moved on, and no one thought to go looking. Noone thought to check for that hidden gold.
And I believe that somewhere in a scribbled notebook margin, a mossy corner of your notes app, or a dusty Google Doc, you’ve got gold too!
Old ideas. Half-written drafts. Fleeting voice notes. Maybe even things you dismissed at the time because they didn’t feel “good enough.” Old ideas that could be turned anew.
That’s your treasure chest.
And like all the best treasure, it might be hidden under layers of time, chaos, and coffee rings. Not gone. Just waiting.
✨ So here’s a little challenge:
- Set a 10-minute timer.
- Skim your scraps, half-drafts, old posts, idea lists.
- Look for a glint of something that still feels like you, something you want to talk about.
That’s your next piece of content.
You don’t have to force it. Just dust it off and see what you can do with it.
And remember: You don’t need a new idea. You just need to remember that you’ve always had treasure.
