# Ready for a change? What you might not have realised....

Hey Reader,

*This email took a while to write... I realised that something was just not right, but I couldn't figure it out...*

***

Most people already have (almost) all the puzzle pieces for their marketing. They just don’t always realize it.

It’s easy to feel like you need to get that new tool, overhaul your plan, get one more thing before you can really begin...

But in my experience, most of the time you already have almost everything. It’s a small shift, how you're seeing what’s already there. And that it is about adding something small, connecting two tools you already have in a new way.

I’ve had so many conversations where someone says, “I think I need a whole new setup for this.” And when we look at it together, they’re already 80% of the way there.

The final 20% is always the hardest part of anything you do. It's the part where you "want to burn everything down" or get "a whole new setup". Especially with the overwhelm that everyone is feeling right now.

## How to deal with that 20% instead

Use my **Realise->Act->Adjust->Own Framework** instead to get things done in your marketing and reconnect in your business and make some progress.

You don't need a full plan, you don't need a burst of energy. You need a way to reconnect - with your business, with your voice, with your customers.

And these 4 steps help guide you.

### 1) Realise

You're not starting from zero. You already have more than you think: scattered notes, old content, good ideas, simple tools, a lot of automation. This step is about noticing what’s already here and letting that count.

### 2) Act

Start with what’s reachable. You don’t have to wait until things are perfect. Post the imperfect draft. Use the free tool for the quiz. Try the thing you’ve been quietly thinking about. Just begin, gently. And give yourself permission for it to be imperfect.

### 3) Adjust

It’s okay if it feels messy. You might change your mind. You might revise something next week. That’s not a mistake—it’s how your rhythm returns. Let the mess be part of the making.

### 4) Own

Your marketing strategy will look different than someone else's. Let it.

Your pace, your voice, your mix of strategy and instinct, THAT's what makes it work. You don’t need to do that thing everyone else is doing. You need to do *what works for you.*

## First step: Realise

*So getting back to my realisation about this email. I knew it was almost ready but it was missing some depth, it needed something more. But I couldn't figure out what.*

*Guess what, it's the framework about realisation, action, adjustment and owning, that was missing... which is just \*slightly\* ironic.*

So if you need a little reassurance:

You’re not behind.
You’re not doing it wrong.
You don't have to start anew.

Look at what you already got!

And if you need some help to see what's that 80% you already got and how you can get some help with that last bit, you can book a free connection call here.

[Book a free call ->](https://digitalie.eu/connection-call)

It’s not a strategy session; it’s a conversation about what’s going on and how I could support you, if it’s a good fit.

Either way, you’ll leave with a bit more clarity, and probably a gentler view of where you are.
