# Something cool I did with 5 years of newsletters

Hey Reader,

I did something cool with my content 2 weeks ago! I exported every single broadcast email I've ever sent through Kit. All of them. Over 450 emails, spanning about five years of newsletters.

Then I fed the whole lot to Claude and asked it to go through every single one. Classify them by topic. Rate them on how reusable they are. Pull out the good bits. Flag the ones with stories, the ones that got replies, the ones that linked to blog posts.

I'll be honest, Reader, I wasn't sure what would come back. Or if it would be of any use. But wow 🤯

First of all, the sheer volume! I knew I'd written a lot of emails, but seeing them all in a spreadsheet, categorised, made me realise just how much I've actually created over the years. I've sent hundreds of emails through Kit over the years.

And the analysis was great. It noticed patterns. Of course, the topics I talk about a lot, but also angles I'd used once and never revisited, even though they were some of my strongest. Whole clusters of emails I'd completely forgotten about that were genuinely good. And most of it is still relevant.

Sure, not everything, of course. Some emails mentioned tools that have changed names, offers that don't exist any more, or events that have long passed. But the core of what I was teaching? Still solid. Still useful. And now I can actually find it all and reuse it.

Repurposing your content is such an important topic to me, and now I get to do that with my own newsletters too.

For now, I just wanted to share it because it was genuinely one of the coolest things I've done in my business lately. And because if you've been creating content for a while, you're probably sitting on your own goldmine too. You might want to take a look at what you've already created when you've got time. You'll be surprised.
