Hey Reader,
I have my values, expectations, and commitment to my clients on my website. This is HIGHLY important to me.
It can be found on my 'About Digitalie' page, but here are the highlights:
- I stand for equality, justice, diversity, inclusion, fairness, and love for all. I do not tolerate discrimination, whether in the form of sexism, racism, ableism or any other.
- I am committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect, honesty, and authenticity here. I will always be transparent about what I know, what I don’t know, and where I can improve. I encourage people to feel safe sharing their challenges and concerns openly. Here, you will be met with kindness, openness, and a willingness to listen without judgement.
- All courses and products will include transcripts, closed captions, and speed controls for videos. I am actively working on enhancing this, and if you encounter a course or product that needs these features, please inform me, and I’ll expedite the process.
- I am mindful of time zones and other reasons that might prevent you from attending a live event, so I will always offer replays to ensure you don’t miss out.
- I am committed to respecting everyone’s identity and will use their preferred pronouns.
I recognise that I am not without my own imperfections and limitations. There are struggles I have never personally experienced. I am acutely aware of this, and I am dedicated to doing my best with the knowledge I have and am always open to learning.
This is not just what I bring but what I expect too (hence, "values & expectations").
