# You need more than a task-taker — you need a partner.

Hey Reader,

Last week, I had two different people say almost the exact same thing to me:

*"I don’t even know what I don’t know… I just need someone who can help me figure it out."*

And honestly? That’s 🎶 music to my ears.

Because while there’s definitely a time and place for hiring someone who just follows instructions, that’s not what most people actually need when they come to me.

You don’t need someone who says, *“Just tell me what to do.”*​
You need someone who says, *“Here’s what I think we should do.”*​
Or, at the very least, *“We’ve got a couple of good options, A or B. Let’s pick what fits best.”*

That’s the kind of support I offer.

Not just tech tasks, but strategy.
Not just action, but clarity.
Me (and my team) helping you move forward 🔧, even if you’re not totally sure what the next step is yet.
