# Engineering Strategy Community on Discord

I’m always thinking of new ways to help people in their engineering strategy journey.

Up to today, I have been mainly communicating my own experience or helping others to share it ([example](https://learnings.aleixmorgadas.dev/p/post-product-market-fit-open-engineering)). Recently, I was thinking how to encourage more people to share their experiences and help the community to learn from each other.

We might need a more cozy please to express ourselves without the huge investment that requires a public post for example.

That’s why I started this discord server, to help tech leaders to have a space to:

- Ask questions about challenges they are facing.
- Share their experiences, context, and outcomes of their decisions.
- Share which tools help them the most to make those hard decisions when we need to design and execute our engineering strategy.
