Next 13th of June, I will be speaking at DevBcn 2024 about **[how to design and execute your engineering strategy](https://www.devbcn.com/talk/661077)**.

## The talk

I gave this talk in a couple of occasions, but in each iteration I improve it.

For this edition, I will adapt the talk to include:

- My engineering strategy journey and how I evolved to influence the culture. A short version of this post.

- Which metrics guided the strategy and why those metrics.
