## Why now?

I have been posting and sharing my experiences on Engineering Strategy with the community and a lot of people have shared an amazing feedback about the content.

This weekend was the [Software Crafters Barcelona](https://softwarecrafters.barcelona/), which I was an speaker.

I’m basing the workshop on the talk I did. You can get an idea of what to expect on the workshop by checking the slides.

I thought about an interactive session, and a remote workshop seems the ideal. By having a smaller group conversation and creating the space to go deeper in the topics and challenges that people are facing nowadays.
