Is social media and candy crush so important that you can’t be in the moment doing what you are supposed to be doing? It is easy to see how [agents are taking away your agency](https://alternate.kinlane.com/2025/04/28/agents-take-away-your-agency/) and [adjusting men to be more like the machine](https://www.commentary.org/articles/daniel-bell-2/the-study-of-man-adjusting-men-to-machines/), rather than the other way around that so many have been promising. I worry about this [dangerous normal](https://kinlane.com/2025/04/29/dangerous-normal/) we find ourselves in, but I wanted you to know that the [chaos monkey](https://alternate.kinlane.com/2025/04/30/chaos-monkey/) was unleashed intentionally.
